Job Description
Computer Troubleshooters is hiring an on-site Computer Technician to support clients throughout the Wichita area. The role requires at least one year of help desk experience and centers on hardware installation, network configurations, virus removal, and operating system deployments, with daily travel to local client sites.
Responsibilities
- Hardware removal and installation
- Network configuration and setup
- Virus removal and malware remediation
- Operating system installation and deployment
- Travel to client sites in Wichita and surrounding areas
Requirements
- 1 year of help desk experience (Required)
- Technical background
- Fluency across all Microsoft Windows platforms
- Professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Reliable transportation
- Daily travel in Wichita and surrounding area
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
