Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues, delivering direct technical support to a diverse user base and fellow support specialists.
• Provide hands-on support for Windows and Mac OS environments to ensure smooth operation across varied setups.
• This is a 100% onsite role in Columbus, OH; only candidates local to the Columbus metro area will be considered.

Requirements

• 3+ years of desktop support experience, including hands-on work with laptops, PCs, and peripheral devices.
• Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Experience with audio/visual equipment used in teaching, meeting, and event spaces.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, taking initiative when necessary.
• Organized and systematic approach to managing information and documentation.
