Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues, delivering direct technical support to a diverse user base and fellow support specialists.
- Provide hands-on support for Windows and Mac OS environments to ensure smooth operation across varied setups.
- This is a 100% onsite role in Columbus, OH; only candidates local to the Columbus metro area will be considered.
Requirements
- 3+ years of desktop support experience, including hands-on work with laptops, PCs, and peripheral devices.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Experience with audio/visual equipment used in teaching, meeting, and event spaces.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, taking initiative when necessary.
- Organized and systematic approach to managing information and documentation.
