Desktop Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform break/fix maintenance for desktops, printers, and related peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of PC issues spanning hardware, software, and network anomalies.
• Collaborate with technical staff to identify and resolve problems affecting clients.
• Ensure desktops connect seamlessly with storage systems, email servers, conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative platforms.
• Verify and maintain equipment inventory.
• Provide user instruction on basic PC operations.
• Troubleshoot PC systems in a distributed enterprise environment.
• Local travel is required.
