Walt Disney World Resort in Tampa offers a full-time, on-site role that centers on shaping guests' digital experiences through the website and the My Disney Experience app from an inbound contact center. The eCommerce Specialist-Internet Help Desk is dedicated to guiding guests toward a magical vacation while ensuring smooth online interactions, and the position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist Guests as they plan their ideal vacation, offering recommendations and direction to create a memorable Walt Disney World experience
• Develop and maintain relationships with Guests and Cast Members across all lines of business to deliver outstanding service
• Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Support Guests with account management tasks
• Navigate across multiple computer systems, including phone, chat, and email
• Provide assistance and problem-solving when issues arise
• Meet established departmental metrics and efficiency targets
• Offer detailed information about resorts and dining options using relevant software during interactions
• Complete required company training and compliance courses
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions with integrity and appropriate partner resources
• Proficient with computers in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of Disney products
• Sales and service experience in a customer service or contact center environment
