Facility IT Support

Join MAC DISCOUNT LLC in Phoenix, AZ for an onsite Facility IT Support role supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position blends hands-on tech support with e-commerce listing accuracy, with consistent daytime hours and benefits that begin after key milestones.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will help keep warehouse equipment working properly, troubleshoot basic issues, and support the flow of items prepared for online auction.

• Perform basic maintenance of warehouse printers and other peripherals
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test products for auction
• Scan items into the system to create online auction listings
• Search products online
• Screenshot and crop photos for use in online listings
• Review and correct auto-pulled information for each item so listings are accurate and complete
• Support quantity and quality goals as part of daily performance expectations
• Complete other assigned tasks as directed by management

Hours and work setup

This role is onsite and requires availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You should also be able to stand and walk for hours at a time while completing warehouse and testing tasks.

Requirements

• Available to work onsite Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Tech-savvy and teachable
• High level of integrity
• Comfortable using web- and browser-based software (Google and Amazon)
• Ability to follow written directions and company policies
• Associate degree, 2 years of IT experience, or an equivalent combination

Compensation and benefits

$20 to $21 per hour based on experience. You will receive weekly paychecks.
