Job Description
The Help Desk Associate supports the Bureau of Early Intervention by helping resolve operational issues through accurate data handling, document management, and report preparation. The position reports to the EI Systems supervisor and includes hybrid work in Queens, NY.

Compensation
USD 46,503 - 53,479 per year
Role Summary
This role contributes to problem resolution by entering and maintaining information, processing submissions that require correction, and producing reports to support Bureau operations. Special projects may be assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Process document submissions for data correction
- Complete data entry into relevant databases
- Create reports
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization
- One year of satisfactory clerical experience
- Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute
