Job Description

System One is seeking a Helpdesk Technician for a long-term onsite contract in Bellevue, Washington. The role focuses on delivering customer-facing IT support, handling onboarding tasks, and processing software and hardware requests within a tiered support structure, supporting both in-person and remote staff.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician for a long-term contract with an onsite arrangement in Bellevue, WA. This customer-facing position assists users as they navigate technical challenges and fulfills requests for new applications and hardware. Working within a structured, tiered support framework and guided by established processes, you will contribute to advancing the organization’s technology initiatives. The role is principally based at the Bellevue location.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage and refine internal and external knowledge base resources to guide ticket resolution.
  • Maintain Active Directory user accounts and control access to collaboration spaces.
  • Oversee PC lifecycle management, including receiving and tracking inventory.
  • Process software requests promptly and accurately.
  • Provide travel assistance for business-related needs as required.
  • Demonstrate and assist users with remote access to company resources.
  • Support users at the Bellevue and Everett locations, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding activities as assigned.
