In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full-Time)
Job Description
Join Asurion in Miami, where a full-time In-Home Sales & Tech Support specialist role combines hands-on device assistance with field sales. This onsite position requires daily travel to customer residences, a robust paid training program, and a compensation plan that blends a base hourly rate of $19 with commissions under the Serve, Solve, Sell framework.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers on the front lines using the Serve, Solve, Sell model to deliver service and tailored product solutions.
- Complete paid training to prepare you to operate independently in the field.
- Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are, with pre-scheduled interactions designed to help you meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire interaction, always prioritizing the customer.
- Apply your knowledge to address and resolve tech issues, delivering solutions that are understandable for customers at any tech level.
- Ensure each customer leaves with a working resolution and a product that addresses future tech needs.
- Leverage Asurion’s growing range of products to offer tailored solutions.
- Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products accordingly.
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and secure the appropriate sale.
Requirements
- Comfortable in a sales environment with set targets.
- A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (note: Manhattan excluded).
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Interactions are located in neighborhoods and cities around the inventory warehouse, with a maximum one-way travel distance of 120 miles.
- Flexible 5-day workweek designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
