In House Technical Support
Job Description
Onsite in Kalamazoo, MI, PRAB, Inc. is seeking an in-house technical support professional to identify and resolve field issues, communicate resolutions to customers, and coordinate with service teams.
Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of excellence across the department by upholding high standards in issue resolution and service delivery.
- Accurately complete verbal parts order request forms in full and ensure proper documentation.
- Interact with customers and colleagues in a professional, respectful manner.
- Update and maintain CRM records and all open case files related to ongoing issues.
- Ensure service case data is thorough, current, and precise across all touchpoints.
- Assess equipment performance to determine if it meets customer expectations and identify when performance falls short.
- Work closely with the Service Scheduling Coordinator to keep the service calendar current.
- Perform additional duties as required to support service operations.
Requirements
- Commitment to excellence and delivering quality output.
- Honest, reliable, and demonstrated integrity.
- An associate degree in an engineering field, or at least 3 years of practical experience.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite, including intermediate skills in Outlook, Docs, and Excel.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent customer service orientation and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%.
