Responsibilities

Deploy monthly Windows 10/11 security and quality updates using Ivanti LANDesk
Package, schedule, and deploy Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser updates
Monitor patch deployment progress and remediate failed installations
Perform pre deployment testing and post deployment validation to ensure patch success and system stability
Generate compliance and patch status reports for management and security teams
Troubleshoot patching issues and coordinate with endpoint, security, and infrastructure teams as needed
Maintain patching schedules, documentation, and operational procedures
Ensure endpoint patch compliance meets organizational security standards and audit requirements
Support vulnerability remediation efforts by deploying critical and emergency patches when required

Requirements

Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management: minimum 2 years
Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems: minimum 2 years
High School Diploma or GED
