Job Description
Entry-level IT Help Desk role focusing on online customer service, troubleshooting, and internal IT support with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide online live chat support to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries, including overnight requests
- Troubleshoot and document all IT systems
- Educate customers and guide them through navigating new technologies
- Serve as the first line of defense for questions about web and software applications
- Conduct unit testing of web applications before changes are deployed to live
- Offer internal IT support to troubleshoot workstations and related issues
- Provide IT network and user help desk support

Primary duties of this employee include
