IT Help Desk Associate
Job Description
Radiant Industries is seeking an IT Help Desk Associate for on-site work in El Segundo, CA. This role provides first-line IT support for end users, manages Jira tickets, handles onboarding and offboarding, and maintains IT operations at the El Segundo headquarters. The position offers an hourly rate of $30 to $35.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical assistance and support to both in-person and remote end users, resolving issues with computers, software, hardware, networks, and peripherals.
- Manage the Jira support request system to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Maintain IT inventory, including workstations and accessories.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to complete user-facing projects.
- Provide smooth onboarding and offboarding for all employees and contractors.
- Develop and maintain documentation and processes as the company scales.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a help desk, IT associate, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows devices (consumer or enterprise).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail in issue resolution and proactive follow-up in process improvement.
