Job Description
KORE1 Technologies is hiring a first-line IT Support Specialist for onsite desktop and multi-site clinic support in Cottonwood Heights, UT (contract). This role centers on helping therapists and front office teams keep clinic technology running smoothly, with hands-on troubleshooting for Windows and Microsoft 365 plus travel when issues require physical support. You will also support onboarding and offboarding so access stays current for the people who use the systems.
Compensation: $18–$23/hour
What you will do
- Receive support requests from phone, email, and ticketing; prioritize, work, and document each request from start to finish.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and device issues, including software installs, hardware swaps, and configuration.
- Set up equipment and accounts for new hires, and ensure access is removed when people leave.
- Support clinic technology such as workstations, printers, phones, tablets, and payment terminals.
- Handle first-line troubleshooting for Windows, Microsoft 365, connected devices, and basic network/connectivity problems.
- Travel to clinics for hardware replacements, installs, and situations that cannot be resolved remotely.
- Escalate items requiring deeper technical involvement, including systems, network, endpoint management, and infrastructure, and learn from how those issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate asset records and write clear notes on fixes so others can follow up later.
Requirements
- Aptitude for troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365, with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with basic computer hardware, including PCs, printers, and peripherals.
- Basic understanding of network/connectivity troubleshooting, including knowing when to escalate.
- Strong communication skills for working with therapists and front office staff, not engineers.
- Dependability so clinic teams can trust requests are being handled.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to clinic locations as needed.
- Ability to work around protected health information, or willingness to be trained properly.
- Ability to work onsite in Cottonwood Heights and travel to clinics as needed.

- A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, or related technical coursework.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, or an IT ticketing platform.
- Experience supporting technology across multiple locations.
- Interest in scripting and automation, such as PowerShell or Power Automate.
