IT Support & Systems Analyst
Job Description
Eskimo Cold Storage seeks an IT Support & Systems Analyst to serve as first-contact support for end users and to maintain warehouse technology, data, and system integrations. The position is based in Gainesville, GA and requires onsite presence, with occasional after-hours support for critical upgrades and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-contact help line support, including end-user assistance, hardware repairs, and software and printer troubleshooting.
- Coordinate and deliver workstation support across Windows OS, desktop network connectivity, PC hardware, business application installations, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, and telephony; prioritize and schedule desktop support requests.
- Support the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), including troubleshooting and end-user assistance.
- Assist with disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage employee processing tasks such as new hire setups, job transfers, name changes, and terminations.
- Administer email accounts using Microsoft Exchange and configure user network accounts according to established security plans, including user training.
- Extract application data into Microsoft Office products, other databases, and ad hoc reports as needed, and train users on data extraction and reporting.
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connections.
- Apply advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Use SQL to support data needs and reporting.
- Support and troubleshoot Zebra scanning and printing hardware.
- Prefer experience with Cisco hardware, DHCP, DNS, and firewall administration.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- On-site role with the ability to work in cold storage environments while troubleshooting network issues.
- Ability to work in adverse conditions when troubleshooting network issues; temperatures may reach -10°F.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Working knowledge of Zebra scanning and printing hardware.
- Preferred: experience with Cisco hardware, DHCP, DNS, and firewall administration.

Work Setting and Schedule
- On-site presence is required to perform job duties.

Compensation
USD 25 - 35 per hour
