Parts Coordinator and Field Tech Support

Home Service Network, Inc. is hiring a Parts Coordinator and Field Tech Support for an onsite, full-time role in Plainview, NY 11803. In this position, you’ll help keep technicians equipped by maintaining reliable parts and inventory systems, then support on-site repairs when needed. The work combines warehouse organization with customer-site travel using a company vehicle.

What you’ll do

• Distribute parts to assigned technicians and support daily field needs
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and customer returns
• Assist technicians during repairs on large home appliances and TVs
• Travel to customer sites using a company vehicle
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete weekly cycle counts
• Organize core returns and track return activity
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized
• Support proper storage, handling, and security of parts

What you bring

• Experience with inventory control or stockroom procedures (preferred: 2 years)
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Good time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience assisting with repairs

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
