Beckman Coulter Diagnostics offers a remote, second-shift senior support role in New York, NY, designed for professionals who thrive in a 24/7 environment. This position provides expert technical assistance to customers via phone and other channels, handling hardware, software, assay, and training questions while working closely with the Urinalysis Supervisor in Miami, FL. Responsibilities
- Apply advanced commercial knowledge and hands-on experience to assist internal and external customers.
- Independently resolve complex issues while mentoring peers on routine troubleshooting tasks.
- Diagnose whether problems stem from hardware, reagents, or software, with the goal of resolving the issue by phone or dispatching the appropriate resource to complete resolution.
Requirements
- Associate, vocational, or an equivalent degree in biology, clinical lab science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry.
- 3+ years of lab or field experience.
- Clear spoken and written communication, able to provide directions by phone or email.
