Job Description

Senior Technical Support position with MacBOT Inc, onsite in Richardson, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical assistance to users, providing timely and effective support
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across product systems
  • Record issues and corresponding solutions for knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
  • Communicate clearly with users to understand problems and present actionable solutions
  • Maintain prompt and thorough documentation of all support interactions for future reference

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills for interactions at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast paced team
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with strong analytical abilities
  • Spanish speaking required

Experience

  • Related experience: 1 year (Preferred)

  • In person at Richardson, TX (onsite)
