Job Description
Senior Technical Support position with MacBOT Inc, onsite in Richardson, TX.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance to users, providing timely and effective support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across product systems
- Record issues and corresponding solutions for knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
- Communicate clearly with users to understand problems and present actionable solutions
- Maintain prompt and thorough documentation of all support interactions for future reference
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills for interactions at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast paced team
- Proactive approach to problem solving with strong analytical abilities
- Spanish speaking required
