Job Description

Enable Resource Group LLC is seeking a mission-minded Service Desk Technician (On-Site) local to the Houston, TN area. In this role, you will support Enable clients with remote technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolution delivery while maintaining a client-first service approach and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients requesting remote technical assistance and help ensure reliable technology resolutions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by using active listening and empathetic communication.
  • Work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Apply critical thinking to identify issues and discover effective solutions efficiently.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in a way that matches the client’s skill level, supporting understanding at all experience levels.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role troubleshooting Tier I to Tier II tickets, or a bachelor’s degree in a technical area of study.
  • Current experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Proven knowledge of creating and managing users, groups, and objects within Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
  • Working knowledge of electronic ticketing systems.
  • Working knowledge of current Windows OS.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws.

  • Experience with managed services tools from vendors such as ConnectWise and Datto/Kaseya
  • Professional certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft certifications, etc.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related area of study
