Software Technical Support

Centurion Consulting Group is hiring a Software Technical Support professional to support enterprise initiatives in Merrifield, VA (onsite). This role centers on overseeing the SLDC lifecycle, supporting implementations, and helping reduce delivery risk through structured planning and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete SLDC life cycle from assignment through implementation.
• Maintain optimal system performance while proactively identifying and mitigating risks early in the delivery process.
• Support project execution by taking initiatives from assignment to implementation.
• Assist the management team in change management, with focus on dependency risks and the Critical Path Method to map risk burndown charts.
• Recommend and take action to improve processes to strengthen reliability and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• SAFe RTE (Release Train Engineer) or SAFe Architect, or PMI ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner).
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Demonstrated ability to work with dependency risks and use Critical Path Method for mapping risk burndown charts.
• Experience with team velocity and capacity planning.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, time management, budget management, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Adaptability and teamwork skills to support cross-functional execution.

Location and Compensation

Location: Merrifield, VA (onsite)

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year

Minimum experience: 5 years
