Solar Scheduler & Technical Support Specialist

PV Tech is hiring a Solar Scheduler & Technical Support Specialist in Honolulu, HI for an onsite full-time role. If you enjoy helping customers through technical questions and keeping day-to-day operations moving, this position combines first-level solar PV troubleshooting with crew scheduling coordination. You will work closely with the admin team and handle customer interactions using a ticketing system.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 to $30.00 and a benefits package that includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).

What You’ll Do

• Provide first-level support for technical issues related to solar PV systems through phone troubleshooting.
• Schedule and coordinate the roof crew and electrical crew to support ongoing roof and electrical work.
• Communicate clearly with the field crew and the admin team to keep schedules and priorities aligned.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with roof and electrical staff to escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Provide clients with guidance on best practices after installation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.

What We’re Looking For

• Solar PV experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
• Professional communication skills, including the ability to handle demanding clients.
• Strong organization skills to manage scheduling and customer requests.
• Accurate typing skills for maintaining records in a ticketing system.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Schedule & Work Location

• Full-time (In person)
• Monday to Friday
• Day shift, 8 hour shift

Location Requirements

Honolulu, HI 96822 is required. Relocation to Honolulu, HI 96822 must be completed before starting work.
