Tech Support Representative

Floral Accounting Systems is seeking a Tech Support Representative to assist end users with the FAS point-of-sale system, including network setup, hardware troubleshooting, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to end users for issues that arise while using the FAS point-of-sale system, including troubleshooting and resolution.
• Set up networks to support the POS environment and ensure reliable connectivity for system operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware across Linux servers, PC workstations, and miscellaneous network devices to restore functionality.
• Deliver training to end users on how to use the FAS point-of-sale software.
