Job Description

Floral Accounting Systems is seeking a Tech Support Representative to assist end users with the FAS point-of-sale system, including network setup, hardware troubleshooting, and user training.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to end users for issues that arise while using the FAS point-of-sale system, including troubleshooting and resolution.
Set up networks to support the POS environment and ensure reliable connectivity for system operations.
Troubleshoot hardware across Linux servers, PC workstations, and miscellaneous network devices to restore functionality.
Deliver training to end users on how to use the FAS point-of-sale software.
