Entry-level Technical Support Analyst role based in Pueblo County, providing on-site IT support for staff and customers in Pueblo, CO.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals currently in use.
Configure workstations and peripherals; coordinate ordering and maintenance of smartphones for all end users.
Enter and document data in the Work Order System and related ITS processes, preserving incident lifecycle details from creation to closure, including problems, known errors, workarounds, and resolutions for future reference.
Research new software and hardware to support the annual technology refresh for desktops, printers, telephone equipment, cellphones, radios, and software.
Travel independently to install, configure, test, maintain, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual and technical equipment as needed.
Configure and troubleshoot smartphones.
Provide training, maintenance, and operation of the Public Safety Outdoor Warning and Emergency Alert System as required.
Support emergency management operations, including exercises and real-time emergencies, as needed.
Maintain the Sheriff Mobile Command Unit as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned, including coverage for other staff as necessary.
