Technical Support Analyst Methods

This onsite Technical Support Analyst role supports the machine shop and detail planning by developing and maintaining machine shop routings and work methods in Teamcenter and EWP/ME. The position also helps ensure machine shop paperwork accuracy and provides support for the Delivery Request process, including emergent shop work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain machine shop routings for Rev Control and current statuses.
• Coordinate with production planning to manage machine capacity.
• Partner with programming to ensure manufacturing methods are completed efficiently.
• Support changing tasks and projects based on supervisory direction.
• Read, interpret, and understand technical drawings, including geometric dimensions and tolerance callouts.
• Research applicable Mil-Spec standards, SP, and SSP relevant to the shop.

Job Duties

• Work in a fast-paced production environment.

Required Qualifications

• High School / Technical School Graduate.
• Machine Shop Experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb in enclosed machines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of GD&T.
• Understanding of LEAN manufacturing.
• Competency in EWP and Applecore.
• CAD experience.
