Job Description

Based in Lancaster, Texas, DCD Vehicle Corp is seeking an After-Sales Technical Support Engineer to support electric golf carts across its dealer network. This onsite role blends hands-on diagnostics, dealer training on programming tools, and warranty processing to keep field service running smoothly and the products performing at peak efficiency.

Job Details

  • Salary: USD 60,000 - 100,000 per year

  • Minimum Experience: 3 years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and diagnostic services for golf cart systems.
  • Collaborate with dealers to troubleshoot vehicle issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Deliver hands-on training to dealers on how to use golf cart programming tools effectively.
  • Handle and process warranty claims, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Develop after-sales processes and improve service procedures.
  • Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports.
  • Coordinate with engineering, sales, and production to resolve field issues.
  • Serve as a service advisor and technical liaison for dealers and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the golf cart industry, with a preference for at least three years.
  • Hands-on experience with golf cart programmer tools.
  • Strong vehicle diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience filing warranty claims and communicating with warranty departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for on-site dealer support and training.
