Customer Service Representative/Technical Support
Job Description
Pure and Secure, LLC invites a Customer Service Representative with technical support responsibilities to join the onsite team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role handles inbound calls and emails, troubleshoots residential products, processes parts orders, and delivers both customer and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Fulfill parts orders
- Handle warranty claims & customer returns
- Trouble shoot current residential product models
- Provide technical advice
- Handle customer complaints and seek to find a solution
- Monitor common service issues and trends
- Give shipping information to issue call tags
- Print pick tickets and order entry
- Assign ship dates for orders based on product availability and input from Purchasing
- Prepare reports for management upon request
- Provide expedited follow-up to ensure timely delivery
- Offer suggestions for improved customer service
- Possible training on older model distillers
- Other duties as may be required
Requirements
The following qualifications are expected for this role:
- A college degree or equivalent
- or 3 years experience in Technical and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Proficiency in Macola preferred but training available
- Ability to interface with people effectively
- Multi-tasking abilities essential
- Must be a team player
