  • Provide technical suggestions and recommendations related to restorative procedures, dental materials, laboratory options, and available technologies.

  • Identify possible issues that could lead to production errors, delays, remakes, or miscommunication.
  • Clarify discrepancies with the doctor or internal team before the case proceeds.
  • Monitor the accuracy and quality of technical information exchanged between doctors and the laboratory.
  • Support processes designed to reduce communication-related errors and improve case outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and traceable records of case-related communications, technical discussions, doctor instructions, recommendations, and follow-up.
  • Document changes or additional instructions in the appropriate case-management system and ensure relevant information is accessible to internal teams.
  • Organize records of recurring technical questions, concerns, and feedback; collect and communicate doctor feedback regarding cases, technical issues, materials, products, and services.
  • Identify recurring communication or technical issues and report them to management.
  • Collaborate with laboratory and operations teams to improve case communication, technical processes, and overall case accuracy.
  • Support initiatives focused on improving doctor experience, case quality, turnaround times, and reducing avoidable remakes.
