Desktop Support Technician

Compucom Staffing is hiring an onsite Desktop Support Technician to support end users in Cambridge, MA. This role centers on Windows-based imaging, provisioning, and deployment, with hands-on work that moves endpoint devices from staging to delivery for employees.

As part of the desktop support function, you will prepare and deploy laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices by setting up operating systems, drivers, applications, and the required security and corporate configurations. The position is based onsite and follows a documented workflow that includes hardware refresh and technology deployment efforts.

What you’ll do

• Perform Windows-based workstation imaging, provisioning, and deployment for laptops, desktops, and other endpoint devices
• Prepare new devices for deployment, including operating system installation, drivers, applications, security configurations, and corporate settings
• Support hardware refresh and technology deployment projects from staging through end-user delivery

What you bring

• 3+ years of imaging and deployment experience
• Experience using ServiceNow
• Strong technical skills

Pay and location

• Location: Cambridge, MA (onsite)
• Hourly wage range: $22.50 to $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher
