Desktop Support Technician

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an onsite direct hire role in Carlsbad, CA, with an hourly pay range of $20 to $33.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side support for client-identified VIPs
• Handle change management requests, including installing new PC equipment and delivering end-user desk-side support
• Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) with 3+ years of experience
• Complete all assigned desk-side support activities in an end-user computing environment
• Demonstrate strong technical and professional service skills at all times
• Meet established customer service satisfaction targets and other operational/customer service metrics per guidelines
• Proactively communicate with end-users and service desk personnel about arrival times, repair time estimates, and repair status
• Follow documented service operations policies and procedures

Requirements

• Maintain all required OEM certifications as directed by Management
• 3+ years of relevant experience with software and hardware systems
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies
• A+ certification is desired
