Job Description
This contract Engineering Technical Support Tech 3 role is a hands-on position with Boeing, executed through an approved third-party partner. Based onsite in Berkeley, Missouri, the assignment centers on keeping lab operations smooth, managing data and documentation, and coordinating test lab activities to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collate data from multiple sources and perform complex analyses.
- Develop and standardize data formats, processes, and computational tools to generate documentation that supports customers in engineering life cycle products, services, and processes.
- Manage data gathered from engineering teams to support the organization's business strategy.
- Maintain and enhance products, processes, and services to ensure data quality for engineering tasks.
- Create and update design documentation to communicate the final product to customers.
- Analyze complex products to verify regulatory conformance and contractual compliance.
- Maintain design engineering related user documentation to support engineering system design.
- Keep design-related web pages and libraries current to improve visibility and communication for internal and external customers.
- Provide training to others.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Support lab and facilities infrastructure teams in maintaining the lab.
- Collaborate across a diverse set of teams including Engineering, program leadership, site facilities, and security.
- Support lab operations engineering in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate test laboratory activities, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external suppliers and customers.
- Coordinate and manage changes and conduct compliance assessments as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute security documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure lab practices and processes align with compliance requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with a master's degree, or 10+ years of related work experience.
- 4+ years of experience with workflow scheduling and resource allocation.
- 4+ years of experience with program management and/or project management.
Pay rate range: USD 33 - 38 per hour
