Job Description
This full-time in-home sales and tech support role requires daily in-home visits with travel up to 120 miles one-way. The position offers a base wage of $23.85 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement, a phone stipend, and commissions, with a five-day schedule that includes evening hours.

Compensation and Schedule
Base pay is $23.85 per hour. In addition to the base wage, the role provides mileage reimbursement, a monthly phone stipend, and commissions. The work schedule spans five days per week and includes evening shifts from 12:05 PM to 9:00 PM, with travel up to 120 miles one-way.
Responsibilities
- Represent the Serve, Solve, Sell framework in the field, beginning with paid training to enable independent work in customer locations.
- Build knowledge of products and gain hands-on sales experience while developing communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ongoing coaching supports growth.
- Serve: meet customers in-home, in-office, or other locations; pre-schedule interactions to meet or exceed sales targets; deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-first approach.
- Solve: apply expertise to address and resolve tech issues, delivering clear solutions for customers regardless of technical background; ensure a resolution that works and aligns with future tech needs.
- Sell: present Asurion’s growing product range with tailored solutions; listen to identify needs and position products to meet them; employ effective negotiation and communication to close appropriate sales.
Requirements
- Comfort with a sales environment that includes set targets.
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
- Ability to provide proof of valid car insurance (Manhattan exclusions apply).
- A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Customer service appointments occur in neighborhoods and cities surrounding the inventory warehouse; maximum travel distance is 120 miles one-way.
- Flexibility to work a varied five-day week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.
- A personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
- Comfort working around household pets.
