Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Accenture is seeking an Infra Tech Support Practitioner to manage Windows patching and browser update deployment from an onsite Scottsdale, AZ location. This role focuses on Ivanti LANDesk for monthly Windows updates and browser packaging, with broad responsibilities spanning deployment, monitoring, remediation, and reporting to maintain system integrity and security.

Responsibilities

• Deploy monthly Microsoft Windows 10/11 security and quality updates using Ivanti LANDesk.
• Package Google Chrome browser updates.
• Package Microsoft Edge browser updates.
• Schedule Google Chrome browser updates.
• Schedule Microsoft Edge browser updates.
• Monitor patch deployment progress.
• Remediate failed installations.
• Perform pre-deployment testing.
• Perform post-deployment validation to ensure patch success and system stability.
• Generate compliance and patch status reports for management and security teams.
• Troubleshoot patching issues.
• Coordinate with endpoint, security, and infrastructure teams as needed.
• Maintain patching schedules.
• Maintain documentation.
• Maintain operational procedures.
• Ensure endpoint patch compliance meets organizational security standards and audit requirements.
• Support vulnerability remediation efforts by deploying critical and emergency patches when required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
