IT Help Desk Support
Job Description
Ingram Resources seeks an IT Help Desk Support in Oklahoma City, OK, a hybrid role with 50 percent on-site in OKC and commuting within Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Timely follow-up on assigned and open tickets within the required service level
- Monitor high severity incidents to ensure resolution within communicated service levels
- Provide technical support regarding system configuration, program usage, and desktop problems to users
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 0365
- Assign and reset passwords using Active Directory and perform basic security testing
- Record problem and resolution details in the ticketing system
- Apply knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems
- Analyze issues and use judgment to make decisions
- Escalate non-standard problems or issues
- Alert manager to recurring problems and patterns of issues
- Work with all levels of management, including direct support to Executives
- Undertake special projects as directed
- Build computers by loading Windows from image, installing software, and configuring users
- Assist in Mobile Device Management
- Assist in equipment procurement and inventory processes on a daily basis
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency with Windows troubleshooting
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications
- General knowledge of computer networking
- General knowledge of remote troubleshooting with Remote Desktop
- General troubleshooting knowledge of typical computer peripherals (printers, monitors, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work on multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively in large or small group settings
- Working knowledge of current and future technical trends and information
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including frequent standing, walking, and reaching
- Regularly sit, manipulate objects and tools, and stoop or kneel as part of duties
- Must routinely lift computer equipment, printers, monitors, and other peripherals; occasionally lift 60 to 100 pounds

Education and Experience
- Associates degree (AS) in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required
- Competency in Windows 10/11
- At least 2 years of previous experience with desktop support
Working Relationships
- Maintain inter-department relationships to resolve client issues
- Effectively communicate with extended service providers, IT Management, and IT infrastructure groups
Other Requirements
- Must pass background and vehicle checks
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Only candidates local to the greater OKC area will be considered
