IT Service Desk Analyst
Job Description
Master Electronics is expanding its Phoenix, AZ onsite support team and is hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact when employees run into technology issues. In this role, you will balance hands-on troubleshooting with clear communication, helping resolve problems and supporting everyday IT needs across the business.
You will own the front line of IT support, coordinating incoming requests, documenting work, and escalating more complex issues in partnership with other IT teams. The position also includes onboarding support, equipment setup, and routine maintenance, with an emphasis on keeping users productive and informed.
What you will do
- Monitor and manage IT support tickets, making sure issues are prioritized, documented, and resolved on time
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for end users
- Provide support in person, remotely, by phone, or through chat
- Work with IT teams to resolve more complex technical problems
- Explain solutions clearly so users can address common issues
- Support employee onboarding, access changes, and account updates
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other equipment
- Stay current on software, hardware, and system updates
- Perform routine maintenance on company-issued equipment
- Maintain and update IT documentation and support resources
What you bring
- Familiarity with Windows hardware/software and Office 365 environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for troubleshooting and issue resolution

Compensation
- Pay range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (hourly)
