Job Description

Hope Center Ministries relies on dependable technology to support its mission, and this role helps keep daily systems running smoothly for staff. As the IT Support Specialist, you will provide hands-on technical assistance while also acting as a direct point of contact for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for both technical and administrative support.

This position focuses on resolving employee technology needs, maintaining reliable equipment and access, and supporting ongoing IT operations and priorities under the Information Technology department at the Central Support Office in Oklahoma City, OK.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for macOS and Windows computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and related technology.
  • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365, email, productivity applications, and other organizational systems.
  • Handle password resets, account creation, and access changes, including basic identity and access management tasks.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and position changes, including provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, applications, and equipment.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and other technology equipment.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset and inventory records, including assignment, location, status, and technology lifecycle information.
  • Respond to support requests, document issues and resolutions, and escalate complex technical problems when needed.
  • Assist with application deployment, software updates, system configuration, and the implementation of IT standards and procedures.
  • Provide direct support to the CTO, including assistance with technology projects, research, documentation, system administration, coordination, reporting, and other departmental priorities.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other IT or administrative duties as assigned by the CTO.
