IT Support Specialist

Macrobaby is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Orlando, FL (onsite) to help maintain reliable workplace technology and user access.

Responsibilities

• Support workplace computers and related hardware equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
• Provide technical support on Servers
• Assist with computer networking tasks and other routine technical needs
• Help resolve hardware issues and identify likely causes
• Investigate and determine probable sources of hardware or network problems
• Communicate technical issues and recommended next steps in clear, understandable language
• Support users so they can stay connected and productive with minimal disruption

Requirements

• Practical understanding of computer hardware and common components
• Working knowledge of Servers, Routers, and VPN
• Familiarity with computer networking fundamentals
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues methodically
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear, patient communication while assisting technology users
