IT Support Specialist

Advanced Tech Enterprises is hiring a full-time IT Support Specialist to support customers through a local Managed Service Provider. This role is based in Broken Arrow, OK (74012) with in-person work, and includes paid time off. If you have hands-on experience supporting Windows environments and strong networking fundamentals, this position offers a clear path to apply your technical skills while helping keep client systems running.

What you’ll do

• Install and configure Windows Workstation and Windows Server operating systems
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to software and hardware
• Provide technical support to users, in person and/or over the phone
• Repair and replace equipment as needed
• Use skills in firewalls and networking to support client environments

Required experience and location

• Networking: 2 years (required)
• Windows: 3 years (required)
• Help desk: 3 years (required)

Tools and environments you’ll support

You’ll work with common Windows and server platforms, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2016, and Server 2025.

Pay, schedule, and certifications

This is a full-time role with pay ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 per year. Certifications are preferred but not required.
