Job Description
NextCoding is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Orlando, FL (onsite) to support end users and keep IT systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, software, and IT systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and applications
- Assist with user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot printer issues
- Respond to technical support requests and document resolution details
- Support software updates and routine system maintenance
- Assist with IT equipment setup and configuration
- Maintain accurate technical support records
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts
- Experience with help desk or ticketing systems
- Knowledge of user account and access management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues
