This onsite role in Orlando, FL focuses on troubleshooting, configuration, and support across daily IT operations, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.

Role Overview

The IT Support Specialist provides support to end users, investigates hardware and software issues, and supports reliable access to workplace technology. The position also includes routine maintenance tasks, documentation of support activity, and escalation of more complex technical problems when required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computers and applications.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and printer issues.
Assist with user accounts and access permissions.
Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
Perform routine software updates and system maintenance.
Document support requests and technical solutions.
Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
Help maintain secure and reliable IT operations.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
Understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
Experience with help desk or ticketing systems.
