Job Description
Junior IT Support Specialist - Help Desk T1 role at Intelligent Technologies Corp, onsite in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities
- Handle requests from multiple clients via the ticketing system and keep tickets up to date.
- Provide Level 1 IT support, resolving common hardware, software, device connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps in a clear, professional manner.
- Log and document all work performed on each support ticket with clarity.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate support level with complete information.
- Monitor open tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain professional, customer-focused communication with clients at all times.
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and improve support processes.
- Continue developing technical skills while working with support tools, systems, and technologies.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of IT support or related roles; candidates with strong fundamentals will be considered.
- On-call availability and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel to client sites as needed.
- Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to listen, understand, and guide users toward outcomes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with users across varying levels of IT knowledge.

Work Shift
