Junior Product Design & Technical Support
Job Description
The Junior Product Design & Technical Support role in Denver, CO supports product design activities, testing efforts, and real-world application needs. The position works closely with Product Management and Engineering to help deliver manufacturable solutions, documentation, and technical assistance for product performance, application, and installation.

Compensation
USD 60,000 - 70,000 per year
Role Responsibilities
- Support product design, testing, and real-world applications
- Support Product Management and Engineering with functional, manufacturable product designs based on identified features
- Support materials testing
- Support manufacturing with quality control testing when called upon
- Document findings and report results to appropriate leadership and teams
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers
- Resolve technical issues related to product performance, application, and installation
- Support and maintain third-party certifications and approvals, including ICC-ES, UL, ASTM-based requirements
- Participate in mechanical development and product design from concept to production
- Create and review CAD models, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Generate technical datasheets, installation guides, and engineering reports
- Support building code and specification awareness and application
- Support SolidWorks-based work and apply proficiency in the tools and documentation required for development
- May need to create test protocols for materials testing when called upon
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical awareness and understanding
- Ability to work with product design and technical drawings
- Proficiency in statistics

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
- 1-3 years of mechanical design applications
- Proficiency in Statics, Material Science, Strength of Materials, measurements, and data analysis
- Familiarity with the Office 365 suite
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and equipment
- Minimum experience: 1 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with 3D printing
- Experience with polymers and composites
- PE registration or ability to obtain registration (plus)

Work Environment
