Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from internal and external customers including technicians, drivers, sales representatives, and customers requesting information or service on their supply system
- Document and coordinate service requests from customers efficiently
- Process emails from drivers reporting maintenance issues at customer sites
- Troubleshoot cryogenic equipment to resolve minor problems remotely on customer systems
- Configure and perform minor troubleshooting of Remote Telemetry Units
- Work alongside Customer Service Technicians in the field to support service delivery
Requirements
- Associate degree or possess equivalent technical experience
- 2 years of customer service experience (Required)
- Tonawanda, NY 14150 (Required) - Ability to commute to work location
- Tonawanda, NY 14150 relocate before starting work (Required)
- Work Location: In person (Required)
- Cryogenic training will be provided to support role requirements
