Job Description
The Technical Services Representative (Helpdesk, Corporate) delivers technical support for corporate users by receiving and managing service requests, troubleshooting common issues, and coordinating project deliverables. This hybrid role in Roswell, GA supports 1st and 2nd level helpdesk coverage for desktop and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Log, prioritize, assign, and troubleshoot technical problems reported via calls, voicemails, emails, trouble tickets, and walk-up requests
- Provide 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting for desktop and enterprise applications, including local and network printing, email, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues
- Conduct problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for complex user issues, referring more advanced problems to next level technical staff
- Support project deliverables by prioritizing, tracking, and completing assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of related experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (required)
- Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
- Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Dedicated professional who can respond promptly and accurately
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to multitask and work under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines
- Proactive and motivated approach with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
