AI in recruiting
GoDaddy uses assistive AI tools to help identify how an applicant’s skills and experience align with job-related criteria. The tool does not make hiring decisions, automatically reject candidates, or evaluate personal characteristics unrelated to job qualifications. It supports, but does not replace, recruiter and hiring manager review.
