Technical Support Engineer

This role supports AOTO Electronics US LLC customers by delivering field service and technical help for LED and video display systems. The position includes on-site installation and troubleshooting, remote assistance using remote desktop tools, customer training, and regional exhibition support with domestic travel.

Location and Schedule

Irvine, CA (onsite). The work is performed in person.

Compensation

USD 5,000 - 6,000 per month.

Education and Qualifications

Candidates must have a college or undergraduate degree. Strong English communication skills are required. The role also calls for a strong interest in electronic or mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation and configuration support for LED displays, addressing local customer needs.
• Deliver remote technical support to customers using a remote desktop connection.
• Assist with on-site demonstrations or customer training.
• Write technical instructions for customers.
• Manually weld pixels on the LED display.
• Perform screen body abnormal processing, including research, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and module maintenance to identify solutions for technical issues.
• Support regional exhibitions.
• Coordinate and provide feedback to the call center at headquarters.
• Accommodate domestic business trips.
• Manage warehouse in and out activities, including inventory and maintenance.

Requirements

• College or undergraduate degree with good English communication.
• Interest in electronic or mechanical equipment.
• Problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete work within prescribed deadlines.
• Preferred: major in electronic technology or related, with experience maintaining precision electronic products, or experience in the LED industry.
• Strong hands-on ability; after internal training, capable of quickly supporting after-sales service work.
