Join Reliance Relocation Services Inc as a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist in a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL.

Act as the primary technical point of contact for members, data providers, and technology partners across the LeadingRE, Luxury Portfolio, and Commercial programs
Provide responsive, professional support with clear communication for technical and non-technical audiences
Manage property data and technical support issues end-to-end: identification, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, and member communication
Coordinate technical onboarding for new members, including setup, testing, validation, and launch of property data feeds with members, MLSs, data providers, and internal technology teams
Serve as internal subject-matter expert for questions related to member property feeds, listing display, and syndication
Build working knowledge of the network feed landscape (feed sources, providers, integrations, known issues, and member-specific configurations)
Review and troubleshoot structured data formats including XML, JSON, and other structured formats
Track and report on implementations, issues, outages, escalations, and resolution status for internal teams and leadership
Maintain documentation for feeds, technical configurations, and troubleshooting procedures as an internal knowledge base

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong problem-solving, investigative, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple issues and projects while maintaining attention to detail
Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems, technologies, and data
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfort working with structured data such as XML or JSON
Experience in technical support, implementation, customer success, technical operations, or a similar customer-facing role
