Saveco North America, Inc. invites you to join a hands-on technical support team in Racine, Wisconsin. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries about Saveco equipment and systems.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues as needed.
  • Route and coordinate support requests to internal teams such as Service, Aftermarket Parts, Project Management, and Sales.
  • Assist customers with maintenance, repairs, installations, and operational guidance.
  • Create and improve technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, service procedures, and knowledge base materials.
  • Develop service reports, support metrics, and operational analyses.
  • Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Project Managers to deliver technical assistance.
  • Support training for internal staff and customers on operation, maintenance, and new product lines.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and responsive service.
  • Handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities, communications, and resolutions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Technical degree, trade certifications, or equivalent work experience in mechanical, electrical, or wastewater systems.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support or mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical screening equipment, mechanical systems, and electrical schematics.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or service management software is a plus.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities, schedules, and operational requirements.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% within a multi-state region as needed; a 25% travel commitment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience supporting industrial or water/wastewater equipment preferred.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer support and service excellence.

Work Environment

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour.

Location and Travel

Onsite, in Racine, Wisconsin. Occasional travel to customer sites is required, with a preference for a 25% travel commitment.
