The position is non-exempt and located at Doña Ana Community College in Doña Ana, NM.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise IT operations, including system imaging, software updates, email systems, antivirus solutions, and mobile device management.
- Collaborate with IT staff to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network, telephone, and system-related issues.
- Support and troubleshoot Apple devices and macOS and iOS operating systems.
- Install, configure, and repair hardware, software, and peripheral devices according to established standards.
- Ensure proper installation of operating systems, software, and related equipment.
- Configure end-user devices for centralized authentication systems, including Active Directory and Entra.
- Escalate and report system, software, or network issues to central IT as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED certificate.
- Two years of related experience.
- Equivalency: Completion of a post-secondary degree or certificate may substitute for years of experience.
