Job Description

Based in Franklin, TN, this on-site role combines training, technical support, and sales support for cemetery management software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct customers on using cemetery management software effectively.
  • Support software deployment, onboarding, and customer success initiatives.
  • Provide personalized technical assistance to cemetery and death-care professionals via phone, email, and remote sessions.
  • Lead product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend software solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through ongoing support and follow-up.
  • Document support cases, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with development and management teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong computer and software troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of expertise.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training, demonstrations, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the cemetery, funeral, memorialization, or death-care industry.
  • Experience with business software, databases, or customer support systems.

  • Experience in training software users or conducting presentations.
