Desktop Support

Proteam Solutions Inc offers an on-site Desktop Support role in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities

• Configure the district's computing hardware and the associated software applications
• Install computing hardware and the associated software applications
• Operate district computing hardware and software on a day-to-day basis
• Perform preventative maintenance of classroom technology and related software
• Repair hardware and software as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of desktop support in a networked environment, with Windows and/or macOS
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• 2+ years of experience with audio/visual equipment in classrooms, meeting rooms, or event spaces
• Ability to provide both remote and on-site desktop support
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills
• Experience working independently and as part of a technical support team
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and documentation of equipment and support activities
• Experience with setup, delivery, and installation of workstations, peripherals, and classroom technology
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques for classroom technology and instructional spaces
