Onsite role in Reedsville, PA delivering direct end-user support as the visible IT point of contact for a manufacturing environment. You will help keep laptops and desktops running smoothly while resolving everyday hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Compucom Staffing is offering an hourly wage range of $22.50 to $30.00 (USD).

What you can expect

In this Desktop Support Technician position, you will handle troubleshooting for common end-user needs, including wireless and connectivity concerns, and complete routine hardware replacement. Standard machine imaging will be part of daily support tasks. This role also supports both the manufacturing division and sales, so strong customer-facing communication is key.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience
Basic network background
Proficiency with Win11, laptops, and desktops
Basic Apple knowledge
Ability to support the manufacturing division and sales
Strong customer soft skills
Certifications are preferred, but not required
Manufacturing experience is highly desired and ability to work with tools
